The weight losses was very impressive. Dont worry about Chris from being skinny...he was doing it to win the money. He STILL has improved his health and i have no doubt he will be hitting the weights and end up looking fairly decent.

The problem with the biggest loser is that when you lose wight that fast, it's harder to keep it off, because you're not getting into a roiutine that is manageable... But entertaining none the less.
